General Return Policy

We believe in our products, and we stand behind them. Here’s how our return policy works:

HydroSpark Hydrogen Water Bottle

  • 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee
    Try the HydroSpark risk-free. If you’re not satisfied within 45 days of delivery, you can return it for a refund.

  • Return Costs
    If you choose to return your HydroSpark, a $20 restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We’ll provide a prepaid return label when you initiate the return.

  • Refund Process
    Once we receive the returned unit, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund (minus applicable fees) or send a replacement if requested.

  • Condition
    All returns must be in mint condition, and include the original packaging and components.

  • No Returns Accepted
    These devices are classified as medical equipment. Due to safety and regulatory standards, they are not eligible for return once shipped.

  • Warranty Length: 13 months from the date of delivery

  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, battery failures, internal malfunctions

  • Not Covered: User-caused damage, drops, water exposure, misuse

  • How to Claim: Contact our team with your order number and issue description. If eligible, we’ll repair or replace your unit at no cost.

VH600 Hydrogen Inhalation Device

  • Warranty Length: 2 years from the date of delivery
  • What’s Covered: Electrical failures, internal defects, major malfunctions
  • Not Covered: Wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Note: This product is not eligible for return, but defects are covered under warranty.

Silmare Pulse Hydrogen Inhalation Device

  • Warranty Length: 2 years from the date of delivery
  • What’s Covered: Electrical failures, internal defects, major malfunctions

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or doesn’t function properly:

1. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery by filling out the form below, and replying to our email with all requested information.

2. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or repair the unit at no cost
