No Returns Accepted
As a provider of advanced medical devices, we do not accept returns. This policy is designed to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity for our products.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns:

Product Integrity: Each device is thoroughly inspected and tested before shipment to maintain the highest level of quality. Accepting returns could compromise the safety and performance of the device. We are committed to providing you with a reliable and effective product.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
Immediate Reporting: Report any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of Damage: Provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
Resolution: We will assess the situation and, if the damage or defect is confirmed, arrange for the return of the damaged item to the manufacturer at no expense to you. A new unit will be sent as a replacement.
2-Year Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage from regular use.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Issues from repairs or modifications by unauthorized individuals.
- Accidental Damage: Damage from accidents or misuse.
To make a warranty claim:

Proof of Purchase: Provide a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
Repair or Replacement: We will assess the issue and, if covered under warranty, either repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
Final Sales
Post-Purchase Policy: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted beyond the initial purchase.
Exceptions: Any exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval from our customer service team.
Shipping Returns
Return Address: To return your product in case of damage or defect, please email us with pictures of your product, and we will let you know how to get your replacement from the manufacturer.
Shipping Costs: You will not be responsible for shipping costs when returning a damaged or defective item. For all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
